SHIPPING POLICY
By default, orders are shipped with Standard shipping with our trusted delivery partners(DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart), though customers may choose Expedited shipping for an additional fee if faster delivery is desired.
Alternatively, customers have the option to collect their PC directly from our office location by contacting us in advance to arrange a pickup time.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
We do not directly replace damaged products. Replacement for defective components is managed by the respective brand under their warranty terms. Customers must initiate the replacement process with the brand by lodging a query within the warranty period. We are happy to assist with guidance during this process to ensure a smooth experience.
